- Establishment of art plan including strategy, procedures, art selection panel and timeline
- Prepare, distribute, and conduct artist selection process
- Administer artist competition process
- Interface with public agency requirements
- Contract negotiations
- Supervision of contract execution, design, fabrication, insurance, shipping, and installation with adherence to schedule
- Liaison between artists, project team and client throughout project duration
- Develop artist project publicity materials
- Develop with artist(s) condition and maintenance documentation
